How do I know the compalitily wifi bluetooth card work on it. And could you please tell me the wifi bluetooth card name can run on it.

Thanks.

Hi @Lam4

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Upgrading the Wi-Fi card in a laptop can be a bit tricky, as not all cards are compatible with every laptop. In the case of the HP Pavilion 14-n005tx,

To find a compatible Wi-Fi and Bluetooth card for your HP Pavilion 14-n005tx, follow these steps:

Check the HP Support Website: Visit the official HP support website for your laptop model. Look for the specifications or documentation section to find information about compatible wireless cards. There might be a list of approved or compatible hardware.

Check the BIOS Whitelist: Some laptops have a BIOS whitelist that allows only specific hardware to be used. If your new Wi-Fi card is not on this list, the laptop may not recognize it, leading to the issues you described.

Use HP Part Surfer: HP Part Surfer is an online tool that allows you to look up part numbers for HP products. You can use it to find the part number for the current Wi-Fi card in your laptop and then search for compatible replacement cards.

Check the Laptop Manual: Your laptop's manual or service manual may provide information about compatible Wi-Fi cards. It may also include instructions on how to replace the card properly.

Consider Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Parts: Using OEM parts designed for your specific laptop model is usually a safer bet. Check if there are official HP replacement parts available for upgrading the Wi-Fi card.

As for the specific Wi-Fi and Bluetooth card that can run on your laptop.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
