HP pavilion 15-P010SR laptop I want to update the wifi module to support 5GHz and 801.11ac, is there a list of supported bios modules?

Here's the problem you will face upgrading the Wi-Fi card.

There may be only one Wi-Fi antenna wire included, and a better Wi-Fi card will require two.

So, the first thing to do is to open up your notebook and check the number of antenna wires attached to the Wi-Fi card.

If there is only one antenna wire and if you want to go through the trouble to find and buy the dual antenna kit that is listed in chapter 3 of the service manual, or if two antenna wires are already present, you can upgrade to this dual band AC card:

Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo    HP part # 724935-005 or HP part # 724935-001

Below is the link to the service manual:

You need to select the right antenna kit for your notebook--chapter 3, page 41.
