HP 15-r033tx Notebook PC

Hi,

My Laptop is running on W10 64-bit OS. I can't find the Bluetooth driver for it. Only available driver is this one:

Mediatek/Ralink  RT3290

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp71501-72000/sp71572.exe

which is not compatible with  W10.

 Any fix for this?

Hi:

That is the correct and only W10 BT driver for the Ralink RT3290LE 802.11bgn 1x1 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter your notebook has.

Mediatek Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter
Ralink Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter
Ralink Bluetooth 4.0 Adapter
Ralink Bluetooth Adapter

The problem I bet you have is there isn't even a Bluetooth device manager category showing up in the device manager because that is a very common occurrence with that horrible Wi-Fi card and the newer builds of W10.

There is no fix other than to use a USB Bluetooth adapter or go back to whatever operating system you were using before you upgraded the notebook to W10.
