Hi all,
Recently,my HP Pavilion 23 has been randomly stopped connecting/detecting to my home network but still can see neighbors wifi networks. This is only happening to this HP Pavilion since all other devices (laptop, phone, tablet) still connected. I have read a lot of articles about this problem but none of them can solve it. I had tried restart the router, restart the computer, manually connect to our IP address, dowload software inSSIDer and uninstall/restart wifi driver but it is still not working.
If anyone have any idea how to solve the problem please help.
Thank you in advance!

Greetings @EvinDang,
Thanks for the post.
I understand that your computer is able to detect your neighbor's network but not your network at home, is that right?
Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.
Kudos to you for trying to troubleshoot the issue on your own.
May I know the exact product number of your computer? Click here. Please do not share the serial number of your computer.
Are you using a dual band router?
If you are using a dual band router, please give different names to 2.4ghz and 5ghz networks on your router and then try to connect the computer to your 2.4ghz network.
The reason, I suggest this is because most of the computers work best by 2.4ghz networks and do not support 5ghz networks.
For other troubleshooting steps, please refer to this HP Article.
Keep me posted.
