Hi @Istar2,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Pavilion All-in-One wireless keyboard has suddenly stopped working, there are a few troubleshooting steps you can take to try to resolve the issue.

  • Check the Batteries: Ensure that the batteries in the keyboard are not depleted. If they are, replace them with fresh batteries and see if the keyboard starts working again.
  • Reconnect the Keyboard: Sometimes, wireless keyboards can lose their connection to the computer. Try reconnecting the keyboard by following the HP instructions for pairing it with your computer.
  • Restart the Computer: A simple restart of your computer can sometimes resolve connectivity issues with wireless peripherals.
  • Check for Interference: Make sure there are no sources of interference near the computer that could be affecting the wireless signal between the keyboard and the computer. Other wireless devices or large metal objects can sometimes interfere with the signal.
  • Check for Driver Updates: Ensure that the drivers for the keyboard are up to date. You can do this by visiting the HP website and downloading any available updates for your specific model of keyboard.
  • Test with Another Device: If possible, try using the keyboard with another computer or device to see if the issue persists. This can help determine whether the problem is with the keyboard itself or with the computer it's connected to.

By going through these troubleshooting steps, you should be able to determine the cause of the issue and get your HP Pavilion All-in-One wireless keyboard working again.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
