Pavilion G6 2016tx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, My Bluetooth is not able to discover devices after upgrading to Windows 10. My device model is HP Pavilion G6 2016tx.  I have tried many ways (services.msc), tried to update drivers, but my driver not visible in device manager. Default Bluetooth drivers are being displayed (Bluetooth enumerator, Bluetooth Device (RFCOMM Protocol TDI, Generic Bluetooth Adapter).

Can anyone help me in this regard?

Thanks in advance!

Hi:

Unfortunately, the Ralink Bluetooth 3.0 adapter is not compatible with W10.

That is why the Ralink Bluetooth driver did not install.

You would need to either go back to the original operating system or purchase a USB Bluetooth adapter.

I am very surprised the Ralink wifi/bluetooth card is working at all.

Usually that model card completely disappears from the device manager on the newer builds of W10.
