  • HP Pavilion Sleekbook 14-b000ee this is the laptop im currently using to type this and this laptop is retired in the HP website so i cannot find any driver updates or anything like that i recently got a bluetooth dongle and i need to update a driver thats called HP wireless button driver which i cant find any where i tried downloading hp assistant thingy but my windows version is to old i think (windows 8 😎)

Update: i have HP support assistant i just didnt see it but i still dont have the HP wireless button driver which i need to use the bluetooth dongle

I posted the link to the driver you need as well as all of the other drivers.

 

The wireless button driver does not work with a USB device.

The driver is right from your notebook's support page., so I don't know what to tell you.

 

Is there an unknown device in the device manager with a hardware ID of ACPI/HPQ6001?

 

If not, then you don't need the driver.

Yes, that is the driver you need, and I don't know why that happening.

 

It seems to me like the driver is already installed since it reports the device is already in use.

 

I don't know why there are two instances of it though.
