Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

HP Pavilion, wifi fails about once per week. In the middle of working. Troubleshooting sometimes "resets" it and it works. Other times troubleshooting spins its wheels. Sometimes ethernet works. Sometimes not. So far, restarting seems to work with ethernet. Then the next day, wifi suddenly works again.

Hi @ub6424,

Thank you. I've uninstalled that adapter and then downloaded and installed the linked driver. Everything seems to be working, so now it is a matter of monitoring for a week or two to see if it drops out again. That is the problem with intermittent problems lol. But, I hope it works. Thank you very much for your help and I'll reply back here with an update next week.

Thank you!

Hi @Ub6424,

Well, it's been a month now without any more wifi failure incidents so I would say your fix worked. Thank you very much!
