Hello,
I am operating on Windows 10 and have had the laptop since the New Year. I recently moved, and the house wifi is working on other devices, but on my laptop it drops out every 5-10 minutes.
Please could someone walk me through how to try and resolve the issue? - I'm not very computer literate so I need a step by step guide! If I disconnect and then reconnect on the wifi icon, it will quickly rejoin the network, but randomly drop out midway through me working.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm struggling to do work properly!
Thanks!

I'm having this same probelm with my HP Pavilion Laptop 14-ce0xxx, but only with BT Broadband routers (hubs). On my personal Virgin media router, I do not have an issue. I believe this is an issue with the Realtech Wifi card in the latop, as if I plug a second USB WiFi adaptor into my HP laptop, I do not have an issue.
I am using the latest driver Realtech 2024.0.1.102 driver and have also tried previous drivers and have the same issue.
