Hi,
I decided to try and rescue/factory reset my old PC Laptop (HP Pavilion dv9500) for a new project that came up.
Some years ago I decided to upgrade it´s native OS from Vista to Windows 8. At first it worked great, but then started to get very slow until boxed away.
Unfortunately, I lost the original Disks that came with it, so had to search and download a generic iso and reinstall a new fresh Vista Home Premium.
It worked great. Like new apparently... Now the only problem I have, is getting it connected to internet... apparently the drivers related are not installed...
Some one would happen to have the correct driver installers for this old and discontinued model?
I have searched and tried so many and no luck so far...
I could really use a hand, thank you in advance!

You're very welcome.
You need this Vista driver for that model wifi card...
This package contains the Broadcom Wireless LAN Drivers that are required to enable the integrated Broadcom Wireless LAN Adapter in supported notebook models that are running a supported operating system.

You probably have several devices that need drivers, so here are the links to the major ones you need.
If there are still any remaining devices, please post the hardware ID's for those, so I can see what drivers you need.
Chipset: Install and restart the PC. This should install the coprocessor and ethernet devices.

I can't think of anything else off the top of my head, so if there is anything I missed, you know what to do...

Hi:
Please post the hardware ID for the Network Controller device in the device manager (that is the wifi adapter), and I will post the link to the driver you need for it.
Use this guide for how to find the hardware ID for a device.

Does your dv9500 have an Intel or AMD processor?
That matters as to what other drivers you need.
