Hi! @Kellieraye80, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand you have issues opening web pages and you are getting access denied error on your PC.
Don't worry I'm here to help you out.
Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?
Are the wireless drivers listed in device manager?
Have you tried checking with a different browser? Does the issue persist?
Please share the wireless driver name listed in the device manager, also share the product number and OS of your laptop to assist you better.
Try resetting the browser settings to default and check if it helps.
Update the BIOS and wireless drivers on your PC using HP support assistant.
Try the steps recommended below.
You can try few steps recommended below and Manually change the network settings.
Manually changing the network settings can resolve wireless connection issues. Create a restore point in Windows, and then manually change the network settings.
Using the search box on the taskbar, search for and open Create a restore point.
The System Properties window displays.
Click Create.
Type a name for the restore point, and then click Create.
Windows creates the restore point.
Using the search box on the taskbar, search for Command Prompt. In the results list, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.
If a User Account Control screen displays asking if you want to allow the app to make changes to your computer, click Yes.
Type the following commands one at a time, pressing Enter after each one.
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
To open the TCP Global Settings, type netsh int tcp show global in Command Prompt and then press Enter.
Make sure all settings are disabled except Receive-Side Scaling State.
Close Command Prompt, reboot the system and then try to connect to the Internet.
Also, try the steps recommended below.
On your keyboard, press Windows logo key and X at the same time, then choose Settings.
In the search box, type in Troubleshoot and choose Troubleshoot network.
On the right side of the pane, click Run the troubleshooter under Internet Connections.
Select Troubleshoot my connection to the Internet.
When the automatic troubleshooter finishes running the procedure, you will be able to see certain error notification. For instance:
Also, try uninstalling the wireless drivers from device manager and install the latest drivers using HP recovery manager.
Note: Before uninstalling the wireless drivers make sure you connect the ethernet cable to your PC and then uninstall the drivers.
Refer this article to know how to restore drivers using HP recovery manager.
Let me know if this works!

Oh my. I just saw all this. I have reset modem and browsers. I called my provider had them reset no help. I have tried several command prompts that only temporarily fix the problem. My wireless driver is relatek I believe and I have uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers. I tried system restore which also only worked temporarily. I am having this problem across all devices on all browsers except one YouTube. The only changes that have been made are automatic updates. Troubleshooter doesnt find a problem and its says I'm connected to wifi. But I'm not loading pages on any device and they all worked fine a week ago. And my laptop works fine when plugged into the ethernet cable. I'll try the only thing on your list I haven't and report back but so far nothing has worked.
