HP Pavilion dv6-6b06et
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My computer is constantly disconnecting from the Internet. These breaks are short-lived, but they break every minute. This is very annoying. The troubleshooter gives '' Windows could not automatically detect the proxy settings for this network '' error.
I did some research and I guess the problem is on the network adapter, so maybe I don't know.

The HP Pavilion dv6 has stopped Intel Centrino Wireless-N 1030 wifi, intel support, and the product is incompatible for windows10. is that the problem please help what should i do?

Can this product be replaced? Can I install a current product on my computer?
Is that actually the problem? I'm not sure that this is offf.

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?

While you respond to that, let's try these steps:

You can restore the previous driver by using the rollback option.

  1. Open Device Manager, click Start > Control Panel > Device Manager.
  2. Expand Network Adapters.
  3. Double-click on your network adapter.
  4. Select the Driver tab.
  5. Click Roll Back Driver to restore.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
