Product: ProBokk 4430s
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi ,

 

I am using windows 10  and 64 bit operating system for my HP ProBook 4430s model. it is working fine suddenly one day wifi is stopped to working and LED of wifi turned into 'Orange Colour' and now my laptop is not able identify the wireless newworks. Today again the color of LED turned to 'White' but still it is not identifying the wireless networks. 

 

Please guide me how to trouble shoot to idenity the issue like any wifi drivers are correpectd ? or hardware itself damaged ? Please suggest.
