Hi Team,
I have a HP ProBook x360 435 G8 laptop. Currently on windows 10 21h2 (OS Built 19044.3086).
I am having issues with my wifi and bluetooth.
Problem 1 -
My laptop simply cannot connect to Wi-Fi 6e network. As soon as i enable Wi-Fi 6e (802.11ax) on my router (Asus RT-AX53U), this laptop cannot connect to the wireless network. I can still see with SSID, but cannot connect (on both 5ghz and 2.4 ghz). My other devices are able to connect to 6e. Wi-Fi network card driver version - 6001.10.354.0. Wi-Fi Card is Realtek RTL8852AE. I have even formatted the laptop, still the issue is same.
Problem 2 -
This laptop has distortion sound (both parties cannot hear each other and i hear distortion on my end) when using Bluetooth headphones (tried with google pixel buds pro and samsung buds pro) when on calls via MS teams or Zoom Or skype. Hearing songs on YouTube works absolutely fine. The problem only is when i use any Bluetooth headsets for calling (which uses bluetooth headset microphone) through the apps mentioned above. In windows setting, if i use laptop microphone and bluetooth headphone as speaker, it works, no distortion. Issue is only when the microphone if also of bluetooth headset.
For now, i have rolled-back the Bluetooth drivers to version 1.8.1037.3004 and this has resolved the issue. I have this issue on latest Bluetooth drivers only, this issue looks like a drivers issue.
Any help or assistance would really help.
Best Regards,
Pratik
