Hello everyone! Let me tell you my situation. A few months ago I moved to another country so I sold almost everything I had, among these things I had to sell, I had my TV. As I couldn't sell it, I ended up accepting to exchange it for an hp notebook that was easier to transport. The problem is that the guy who sold it to me did’t tell me that it was a business model and even tho I try to reinstall windows I keep getting asked to use a business account to log in. This models have some kind of security chips? What will happend if I swap the ssd to a fresh one?

You should be able to use the HP cloud recovery client utility to factory reset the PC.

Here's the link to the software download. You will need to install the software on another PC since yours is not working.
