Product: HP Laptop 15
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My PC will not find a bluetooth speaker I'm trying to connect to it.  I have bluetooth on this PC.  I've connected my ipad to the PC, so it will connect to a bluetooth device.  I have this speaker connected to my iphone and it works fine - so the speaker will connect to a bluetooth device.  I ran a diagnostic on bluetooth and it apparently fixed something with radio (??).   I've set and reset bluetooth - it is on and working. But I cannot get my PC to recognize this speaker. That's the story.  Thoughts?

HP Satellite is not a product from HP. I believe Satellite is a name from Toshiba. If you still think is is an HP machine, what is it ?   Please use the following instructions to find out the model/product of your machine:

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).

My bad - it's not a Satellite - I used to have a Toshiba Satellite.

 

It's a HP Laptop 15 - it's on my original post.
