HP Recommended

So this morning I had to setup a user on her new MacBook Pro at work. Found out the HP Smart requires App Store - which we banned. However, I found a way around it with my Apple ID and provided her the software..now the HP Smart wants the Printer to be wireless...which we banned as well. Anyway around this?

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Smart - Printer needs to be Wireless.  HP Product Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
