Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:
- Turn on the computer and the Bluetooth mouse.
- Tap Bluetooth mouse to the computer.
- Bluetooth pairing wizard automatically launches.
- Start the Bluetooth pairing on your computer.
