I found many users have this issue, I found the answer and I can not reply because the tread is closed/locked, or I don't know were is this proper function in this forum, which is a design issue.

This particular mouse does not like to be sent to sleep, if done It newer reconnects again by itself, be it windows or android. The solution is: prevent  Windows to disable the Bluetooth device due to power management. you can find this in device manager/Bluetooth device properties. It's very tricky to find this option in windows, but you can google it for your current OS version (again unfriendly design issues)

/I did this and it worked flawlessly now, but I can't disable this Bluetooth power management in android devices.
