if you been reading my post, I don’t trust HP staff anymore. They are lying and concealing.

 

To anyone out there not from HP,

PM me if you can’t post on my thread.

 

i discover that all website that review spectre x360 X13 that says web surfing with Wfi on can last 10 hours and more are deceiving consumer.

how can I do some justice to report such misleading review.


My intention is to highlight how bad HP support team is to make me rant for so many days before they agree to resolved it. I do not have the intention to make fake claim. I’m just a simple consumer buying a computer to replace my old one that can serve my requirement ! Instead of help me, they confuse me and try to make me felt I need a computer science degree to understand what is battery life.

 

moving on as this community do nothing but pushing as well. Wasting my days.
