Hi, I am having a problem where my WiFi connection is continually dropping out (once every 15-20 minutes) and it has done this ever since I bought the computer a couple of years ago. It restores itself about 30 seconds later each time.

I am trying to fix it by downloading new drivers but it says I have the latest version when I go into Device Manager and right click on WiFi in the Networks list.

i therefore went onto the HP website to see if there were any new drivers there, but it doesn't let me choose any for Windows 11 (only Windows 10). Please can you let me know if I need to downgrade my OS back to Windows 10 for it to work, or is there a way to still get drivers when I am on Windows 11?

Thanks!

Hi:

Have you installed the latest driver from Intel that was released last month?

Windows® 10 and Windows 11* Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters

That would be the only suggestion I can offer.
