Product: HP Stream 14-ds0003dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had to reinstall Windows on the laptop because it was too slow (honestly just don't buy it you'll be better off) and now my WiFi card (network controller) is detected in device manager but not working because it says I don't have drivers for it and it wants to connect to the internet to find them but... can't.

It's the only thing that didn't reinstall properly. Keyboard, pad, webcam, bluetooth... everything was able to reinstall fine but the internet is busted. Help 😞

Hi:

 

Download these drivers from another PC, copy them to a USB flash drive.

 

Plug the flash drive into your Stream notebook and run the driver exe files.

 

Wifi:

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp100501-101000/sp100552.exe

 

Bluetooth:

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp100501-101000/sp100556.exe
