I recently switched my internet to Bell and have the Gigahub. My Chromebook had no issues finding and connecting to my old network but cannot find my new network. What could possibly be the issue?

note: I have updated the network device driver. I have changed the channel on my wifi from 1-11 on the 2.4ghz connection. All other devices in my home can find and connect to my networks except this device. I see everyone else’s networks (neighbours) except mine. I can connect to my phones hotspot.

Probably it ONLY supports 2.4GHz networks. Please allow your new network to broadcast DUAL bands which are 2.4GHz and 5GHz, your machine can see 2.4GHz SSID and allow you to connect

Regards.

I already have my networks separated and it is not recognizing the 2.4ghz network.
