Product: HP Zbook 14 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The docking station is not working with the Ethernet, it is okay when I plug the connection directly into the laptop zBook 14 G5, but not when connect to the HP USB-C/A Universal dock G2.

New Docking Station arrived, in 2 DAYS, works absolutely fine, back using the Ethernet, no idea why it would not work with my zBook but did with the Mrs.

 

Great customer service. 10/10

Spent an hour on customer support chat, re0installed all the drivers etc, upshot is that they are sending me a new docking station, funny thing is that my wife's ProBook 445 G7 shows that the Ethernet is connected when I put her computer on the docking station.
