I recently started using this USB-C hub with my EliteBook 850 G8. I am using a HP 90w power brick with it, and I have ethernet, monitor via DisplayPort, and a USB-A webcam attached to it. Frequently, I will lose internet connectivity. It will come back up quickly, but it happens multiple times a day. It interrupts any connections I have up: meetings, network storage, etc.
No other functions are interrupted. The monitor stays on and the webcam continues to show video.
When I don't use the ethernet on the hub and connect wirelessly, I have no issues. So the issue has to be the hub. I've attempted to update drivers, but the HP page states there is only Windows 11 drivers for it. I attempted anyway, but the drivers do not take. The product page states Windows 10 is supported. What are my other troubleshooting options?
