HP VICTUS 16 WIFI AND BLUETOOTH SIGNAL PROBLEM

HI,

i have a hp victus 16 laptop.everything works fine before  recently i am facing wifi and bluetooth getting lower signals fully weak. 2nd problem bluetooth buds connected when its very close to laptop . bluetooth buds connected but no sound coming from buds its coming from main speaker.  i tried reseting windows and updating drivers still same problem happening.i tried hardware test of my laptop its everything fine. please help me guys how to solve

I see that you are facing an issue with your Laptop.

Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

Click on the link to troubleshoot Bluetooth connectivity issue.

Update the BIOS for your PC by clicking on the link.

Make sure you keep only the charger plugged in while updating the BIOS for your PC.

Click on the + sign next to BIOS and then download the file.

Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the update.

Thanks for replying. But I did now updating Bios update. But still the same problem happening. I don't know what I will do now. I also tried resetting pc . still nothing works.kindly help me out of this problem .
