Hi all,
I've just bought a "new" Victus HP 16-e0053ns.
This specific model is sold without OS (FreeDos), so I've installed Windows 10 Pro. Right after the installation I realized that there were no Wifi option available.
So, I checked "Device Manager" from the Control Panel looking for the Network Card, and I couldn't see any Wifi Card...
The only Network Card I can find is "Realtek Gaming GbE Family Controller" but it's only for ethernet connection.. Is it possible that there's no Network Card for Wifi connection?
The official site HP mentioned "Realtek Wi-Fi 6 (2x2)" network card for my laptop, so why I can't find any Wifi options?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks and regards,
Luca

Hi, Luca:
Windows 10 doesn't have the Wi-Fi drivers in its native driver database for the model Wi-Fi adapter your notebook comes with.
The only suggestion I can offer, would be to install the latest Wi-Fi driver for the Realtek Wi-Fi 6 adapter.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp140501-141000/sp140954.exe
You will also need the Bluetooth driver for that model Wi-Fi adapter.
