NOTE TO HP SUPPORT: URGENT – Please allow downloading WiFi drivers onto USB. As is in my case, if there is no WiFi/internet connection, there's nothing that could be downloaded to fix any issues.

Hi,

Here you should be able to download the drivers for your PC. You can download on different PC and put on a USB drive.

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-15-f000-notebook-pc-series/7137590/model/7582582

Click on download manually.

They will be downloaded to the download folder and you can then copy them to the USB drive
