Hi:

You should not be seeing the unknown device for the wireless button driver in W7.

In any event, there are only wireless button drivers for W8-W10.

So, if one happens to have this laptop and is running Windows 7 pro there is no way to use the wireless?

Is there a BIOS setting to keep the button in an "on" state?  I've tried several variations in the BIOS but haven't found anything that works consistently.

Occasionally the wireless will be active, usually not.  It's most irritating....
