I understand you need support, and I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I'll need more details:

  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: Click here
  • (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.)
  • Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?
  • When was the last time it worked without these issues?  

In the meantime, please try with an alternate charging cable if available and get back to use with the results,

Ive tried many charger already. Still not charging, not blimkng or any sign that it is working.

It looks like a hardware malfunction and I recommend you contact HP phone support to check the available service options.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with the phone support.

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
