HP wireless mouse X3000 scrolling wheel not working properly, when i try to scroll down it's only moving few lines to 4 or 5 and it will scroll down to 5 and move upwards to 1st or 2nd line.

I did basic troubleshooting from my end like have updated the driver and cleaned the mouse . Diagnostics Hardware Test is only for left and right buttons nothing for scrolling wheel. 

Kindly suggest a solution.

I understand that the HP X3000 wireless mouse scrolling wheel not working.

 

In that case, I would suggets you conatct our phone support and get it to replace the mouse.

 

Here is how you can get in touch with phone support.

 

 

1)Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

 

2)Select the product type.

 

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

 

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

 

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
