My Z8000 stopped flashing when trying to pair (with new batteries), and none of my devices can see it any more.  Previously I could pair it with my Acer Ultrabook (W10), and several Android phones and tablets.  None of them can pair any more.  I suspect that the mouse is defective - no flashing during pairing.  Is there any solution to this?

@Ockam Welcome to HP Forums Community!

I suggest you go through the steps mentioned in this article, depending on the OS you've got to complete the pairing process, however, if you've done all of that and yet the issue persists with new batteries,

You could be right about this being a defecting mouse, I suggest you check with an alternate USB port to be certain and also check the mouse with another computer to ensure the same.
