Hello, my laptop sometimes just freezes and crashes shortly afterwards, often when I open Netflix or PowerPoint presentations via the browser. When I run one of the tests, the screen goes completely white and the laptop crashes as well. I have a Ryzen 7 8840hs with an integrated Radeon 780m graphics card.
