HP laptop is not detecting T Mobile Home Internet wifi

I reformatted my laptop and after that it stopped detecting my T Mobile Home internet wifi. I was working fine before formatting it. It is detecting other wifi networks but not Tmobile Home Internet. Can anybody please help?

Have you installed wifi driver for your machine yet? I believe your machine is an HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab243cl, its specs

It has 802.11ac (1x1) and Bluetooth® 4.0 combo part # 806723-005 which is  an Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 802.11 ac 1x1 WiFi and Bluetooth 4.2 combination WLAN adapter.

Please download and install first 2 drivers on the following link

out of the 2 downloads you mentioned, i was able to install  Download Intel® Wireless Bluetooth® for Windows® 10.

But for the other one i.e.  Download Windows® 10 Wi-Fi Drivers for Intel® Wireless Adapters

I am facing failure. Can you please help me in identifying the root cause and the solutio?
