Hi everyone, my HP laptop won’t connect to the student house Wifi. All my other devices such as my phone/tv connects to it perfectly fine. My 3 house mates are also all connected to it with their laptops and other devices.
I’ve gone through the typical troubleshoot options, turned the laptop off/router/modem etc and every time is says it’s checking the network requirements and then says ‘unable to connect to this network’.
I’ve YouTubed some videos but nothing seems to be working or it’s gets a bit too technical for me to understand. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’m still to lose my patience with it!!!!
