HP Elite x2 1013 G3
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I just installed my new HP Elite x2 1013 G3.

In this tablet is a HP lt4123 network card installed. Sim-Card is also installed and device shows in the device manager without problems.

But it does not connect to my mobile network. It always says, that there is no reception. When I start the manual search for networks my provider network is shown with LTE. But I cannot choose it.

The installed driver is the generic Microsoft Broadband Driver. A manual installation of the HP lt4132 driver from the HP homepage fails with an error that the device can not be startet.

Anything I can do to get the module running?

Thanks

Any further ideas?

WWAN is still not working ...

Edit: It was a hardware problem. The antenna cable was not connected properly.

@christiankr

Please call your provider and ask them : do they support the WWAN card ?

Regards.
