Hi My HP Stream 11 will not connect to wifi no matter what I try. I have installed a fresh copy of windows 10 and this has also failed to rectify the issue. The network appears in the list but when I try to connect it simply says "unable to connect to this network" I saw in a previous post that deleting the wifi drivers and reinstalling them may work and this can be done via ethernet. Problem is the stream 11 doesn't have an ethernet connection. And can't use the wifi obviously. Any idea's? Or is the thing a useless pile of junk? I have another HP laptop and that has the same issue although it does have an ethernet connection. We have other devices in the house and they all connect to the wifi. Speedtest reveals 25mbps so should be fine.

Hi:
What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?
If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the network adapters device manager category and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.
You can download any drivers you need from another PC, copy them to a USB flash drive, plug the flash drive into your notebook's USB port and install them from there.
