HP support assistant not connecting to the internet and I want to download battery driver please send me direct link

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Are you experiencing issue with HP support assistant or with internet connection?
  • Are you able to connect to your home wireless internet connection?
  • Have you tried wired internet connection to download the drivers?
  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

To resolve most HP Support Assistant issues by downloading and installing the latest version of HP Support Assistant from the HP Support Assistant website. 

 

Click here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/drivers to download the computer software and drivers.
