HP wireless keyboard 800

I recently purchased Hp wireless keybaord and Mouse 800 . the Funtions key works as multimedia keys but i need them to be as F1 to F12.

I want to know how to change the funtion keys to F1 to F12 as defauld as I have to use these keys frequently.

I see that your experiencing issue with keyboard function keys.  
Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you made any hardware/software changes?

The f1 to f11 keys perform as either multimedia keys or standard function keys. The default is multimedia.

 

To switch from multimedia to standard function, press the fn+esc keys simultaneously; this locks the keys to standard function. To switch back from standard function to multimedia, press the fn+esc keys simultaneously again.


Pressing fn key simultaneously with an f1 to f11 key performs the standard function.
