Hi:

 

For the ethernet adapter, download unzip and run the setup application from the W8.1 driver file at the link below.

For the wifi, I will need additional information from you, since HP could have installed one of several different model wifi adapters in your notebook based on the product number.

 

Go to the device manager, find and post the hardware ID for the device you see listed there labeled as a Network Controller.
