I am having problems with my HP #2541 Printer which is offline and will not print on my HP Laptop Computer
1) Xfinity just recently installed a new Modem/ Router. The tech, however, kept my original
Wifi SSID and Password.
2) I tried the HP Print and Scan Doctor and it could not find any problems, and I was able to print a test page.
3) i have an Apple iPad and IPhone and I am able to print documents using these devices, but NOT on the laptop because it says it is offline.
4) I went into "Printer and Devices" on my laptop and then went into "Printers" to make sure there were no check marks saying the printer was offline or was paused and there were no check marks.
5) I tried rebooting the router, the printer, and notebook, but again the laptop still said "Offline after the reboot.
6) All my devices including the HP laptop and Apple items are working well with the Wifi connection.
Does anyone have an idea what is wrong and how to fix it?
