Had to move to a EE Smart Hub Plus but now printer wont work was fine before

Reconnect to Wi-Fi:

  • Ensure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your devices. On the printer, go to the Wireless or Network settings and select the new network. You may need to enter the Wi-Fi password.

Restart Devices:

  • Restart your HP DeskJet 4130e, the EE Smart Hub Plus, and the device you’re using to print. Sometimes, a simple reboot can resolve connectivity issues.

Update Printer Firmware:

  • Check if there’s a firmware update available for your printer. You can usually find this option in the printer settings menu or through the HP Smart app.

Check Network Settings:
