I am having trouble connecting to internet.. 

I don’t even see any option like WiFi saying to connect to internet..

What is the full model number or product number of your PC?

 

If it is a HP business desktop PC, very few of those come with built in Wi-Fi.

That's the generic product number for the operating system.

 

To find the product number for your PC, click on the search icon on your Windows taskbar.

 

Type: System Information

 

The System information app should show up.

 

Run the app and the product number of your PC will be found on the System SKU line about 1/4 of the way down on the report.

 

Ae there any devices in the device manager that need drivers?

 

A notebook PC should come with built in Wi-Fi, but if there is a driver missing, you wouldn't be able to connect to the internet.
