Product name:HP Pavilion Notebook Product number:T9Y45AV
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had gotten my laptop about a year ago. It has been working fine up until a week or two ago where it started to disconnect from the WiFi network every 5-10 minutes and reconnects a minute later. I know its not the network because no other device has this problem. Any advice will be appreciated.

Hi:

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the wifi driver if you have not done so already.

The parts list for your notebook indicates that is has an Intel 7265 wifi adapter.

If that is correct, this is the latest driver for that model wifi adapter.  The 1st driver at the top left side of the page is for 64 bit.
