Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, I'm having unstable internet during zoom, gmeet and other messenger app. Connection seems to be cutting me off, voice on calls are getting choppy from time to time. Internet connection is decent during the time of encounter with a ping of 65.

 

Things I tried:

Ipconfig Release and Renew, Network Reset, Run troubleshooter (no errors found), and  windows is updated (even some optional updates).

 

Please give assistance or advice for more troubleshooting methods. Thank you!
