Hello! How can I open the SIM Card Slot of my HP Elitebook x360 1030 G3? I've read that must be pushed in and then pulled out after a click, but the slot seems not to be pushable (it doesen't move if pressed).

Not sure what to tell you...  The manual for your PC shows the same directions as you describe:

Page 19 shows how to insert a sim card.   

 

I'm curious - does the slot appear to have a cover over it with a tiny hole in it?  This sounds like the covers used for Micro SD cards I've seen on other HP pc's.   That one involved using a tiny tool (or a paperclip) included with the PC to insert into the hole, and then push to get the cover to come out.
