It supports 2.4 GHz WiFi adaptor and blutooth 4.2, I want to install 5GHz WiFi adaptor and blutooth 5 or higher than that. I want to know if i have the privilege to do that if my laptop supports extension to these . Waiting for response!

Hi:
This is the only dual band Wi-Fi card you can easily upgrade to without having to order the dual antenna kit for your notebook and completely disassemble it including the display bezel in order to add the second antenna:
Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1×1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) HP part # L17365-005
Below is the link to your notebook model series' user guides page, where you can find the Wi-Fi card removal and replacement procedure in the maintenance and service guide.

Thanks ! for the help.
I saw that someone else posted the same question as mine in 2021, to its reply someone suggested 3 cards , 2 of which were from realtek including the one you suggested me and the 3rd one was from Intel( intel dual band wireless-ac 9461 802.11 ac 1×1 wifi + bt5 combo adapter (non-vpro) (mu-mimo supported)).The advantage of Intel card was that it had blutooth 5.1 . So, can I go for that?
And also I forgot to mention '15s' in my PC's name, its 'HP 15s DU1034TU'

You're very welcome.
Unfortunately, the Intel 9461AC Wi-Fi card will only work in a notebook where it was originally installed.
That is because is it a CNVI card and only works in notebooks that were configured at the factory to use it.
This link explains a little about that and none of the cards on that list would work in your notebook.
What Are the Intel® Integrated Connectivity (CNVi) and Companion...
Even if the notebook came with one of those cards, you could not replace it with a better model (for example to replace the AX201 with the AX211).

Yes, your only option would be the RTL8821CE, unless you want to go through all of the work to add a second antenna wire and order the dual antenna kit you would need to take the one missing wire from to install.
Dual antenna kit HP part # L52018-001.
Then you could probably install either one of these two cards:
Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200 ax 2×2 + Bluetooth 5.0 MU-MIMO M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part #L35282-005.
Intel AX210 Wi-Fi 6E 2x2 AX + Bluetooth 5.2 M.2 2230 non-vPro HP part # M27269-005.
