Hi @Briizy1,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query.
I am sorry to hear that you are facing issues with WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity on your HP PC, follow the steps below which should fix the issue.
Check for Bluetooth Device Availability
- Open Device Manager:
- In Windows, search for and open "Device Manager."
- Check for Bluetooth:
- Locate "Bluetooth" or "Bluetooth Radios" in the list.
- If Bluetooth is not displayed, your computer may not support it.
- If it displays, ensure the device is enabled by right-clicking and selecting "Enable device."
Remove Wireless Interference
- Ensure your device is on and discoverable.
- Turn off Bluetooth on other devices not in use.
- Move your computer and device closer together, within a 10 m (33 ft) range.
- Eliminate objects that could weaken Bluetooth signals, such as TVs and microwaves.
Update Bluetooth and WiFi Drivers
- Open Device Manager again and expand "Bluetooth" or "Network adapters."
- Right-click on the Bluetooth/WiFi adapter and select "Update driver."
- Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software."
Restart Your Devices
- Close all programs and shutdown your PC.
- Turn off and then turn back on your Bluetooth/WiFi devices.
- After restarting your PC, try pairing your devices again.
I hope this helps, Keep us posted.
Take care and have an amazing day!
