I have been experiencing severe packet losses during my virtual video calls using simple practice platform, I have been in connection with the platforms team that indicated these severe packet losses being the reasons my calls are dropping and connection is slow. My Wifi and Internet never have any diagnostic issues.. I don't know what else to try.

1. Check for Network Congestion
- Bandwidth Usage: Ensure no other devices on your network are consuming excessive bandwidth during your calls (like streaming, large downloads, or online gaming).
- WiFi Channel: If you're on a WiFi network, try changing the WiFi channel on your router to a less congested one. You can use WiFi analyzer apps to find the least congested channels.
2. Update Network Drivers
- Go to the Device Manager on your laptop.
- Expand the "Network adapters" section.
- Right-click on your wireless adapter and select "Update driver."
- Choose "Search automatically for updated driver software" and follow the instructions. If an update is available, install it.
3. Adjust WiFi Settings
- Change Frequency Band: Switch between the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands. The 2.4 GHz band has a longer range but may be more congested. The 5 GHz band is faster but has a shorter range.
- Disable Power Saving: Go to your WiFi adapter's properties in Device Manager and disable any power-saving options to ensure the adapter runs at full power.
4. Test with a Wired Connection
