I don't even see the HP hs2350 HSPA + Mobile Broadband adapter showing up in the device manager under the Network Adapters device manager category. That is where it should be located.
I think it was turned off during the upgrade to W10 by the connection manager.
See if you can get the HP hs2350 HSPA + Mobile Broadband to show up by making a bootable Ubuntu installer.
Boot from the ubuntu installer. Select the option to Try Ubuntu without installing.
See if you can turn on the HP hs2350 HSPA + Mobile Broadband adapter in Ubuntu.
If you can, shut down the PC, remove the Ubuntu installer, turn the PC back on, and the HP hs2350 HSPA + Mobile Broadband adapter should now appear in the device manager.

Hi:
See if this works...
Use the W8.1 driver...
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66501-67000/sp66584.exe
If you have already ran it and didn't delete where the file unpacks to... see if this works....
Go to the device manager, click on the hs2350 mobile broadband module needing the driver.
Click on the driver tab. Click on Update Driver. Select the Browse my computer for driver software option and browse to the driver folder that was created when you ran the file.
That folder will be located in C:\SWSetup\sp66584.
Make sure the Include Subfolders box is checked and the driver should install.
Then restart the PC.
If you deleted the mobile broadband driver folder in the main SWSetup folder, or you didn't try the above driver, then run it and follow the above instructions to manually install it.

Thank you Paul..
The method worked.. My computer is now having network via the cellular channel.
What I want to know now is there is any application that I can use to manage the network connection. I mean like an utility application for the SIM..

Hi, the issue for my was that the firmware on the hs2350 was to old and wasn´t compatible with Windows 10. So I ended with using the latest lenovo firmware (sorry HP, but as the 2570p is VERY old and isn´t having any support I think thats ok 😉 ), which brought back the device. I then used the driver version 8.0.9.3 and voila ... its working with Windows 10. Here are the download links for the Elitebook 2570p Windows 10 drivers which I used.
